Tres A Lake Retreat is a beautiful, clean property conveniently located on the lake. A great property for families with lots to do! I was disappointed in amenities being broken and the lack of basics in this house considering the price. The hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and master showerhead were broken on our arrival. The oven also wasn’t heating properly. The management company is very nice and did work with us. The hot tub was never 100% functional, but was repaired to a degree during our stay. Basics that I generally find in other rental properties such as paper towels, salt and pepper, dish scrubber, and shampoo and conditioner were not available at this property. So just be prepared to bring supplies so you don’t have to leave as soon as you arrive. Again, the property was beautiful and had lots to offer. If everything was functioning and just a few more basics were provided then I would have given this property 5 stars.
