The Rockin’ Boots Cottage is very cozy, clean, well-furnished with comfortable bedding. We enjoyed the big Jacuzzi tub! We booked it for a nearby wedding and unfortunately an Arctic blast descended upon us and temperatures dropped to low 20s. Renters should know that the parking area is about 100 paces through gravel and mulch around the back of the property to the cottage and it’s not well-lighted. We had to use our phones to see up the steps and see the keypad. Also, the nearest restaurant is about 20 minutes away. We purchased breakfast items at HEB, and had to buy utensils and dishes. We spent 3 nights there and enjoyed our stay.
