I was unsure at first. But it was really nice. Bed was comfortable. Ac worked and hot water worked. It was like home away from home. Only cons I saw. Don’t bother going down the trail to the blanco river, it’s bone dry. If you don’t have at&t as a phone provider, you won’t get any service. The wifi doesn’t work. But if you are looking to avoid electronics and phones this the spot. Beautiful scenery, quiet, can breath, and lots of deer. Plenty of small towns in the area too. I will definitely come back to this spot in the future
