With a full gourmet kitchen fit for a chef, preparing your favorite meal will be easy. This lavish kitchen wraps around to the family room and has plenty of counter space and a bar with rich leather seating. Stocked with high-end appliances, an induction oven, microwave, large pantry, dishwasher, and full-size refrigerator all your needs will be met. Gather at the large dining table with seating for eight, perfect for hosting family and friends.

Relax in the living area expertly decorated with an eclectic modern feel. Take in the views of the Blanco River on the sleek leather sofa and loveseat or enjoy a fire while watching television on the large flat screen.

Refresh in one of the three luxurious bedrooms each with specifically upscale pieces and refined linens for a spa-like retreat. In each bathroom, you will be met with a clean line, sophisticated feel with a walk-in shower, and an elegant bathtub.

Let the fun begin downstairs in the enormous game room. This fabulous game room is decked out with two bunk beds, a huge bean bag chair, and a sizable desk table with roll chairs great for playing games or crafting. Kick back on the immense sectional and watch a movie on the huge flat screen television.

Choose from several spaces for outdoor entertaining, a wrap-around porch with comfy lounging furniture where you can enjoy fabulous river views, a downstairs covered porch area with a charcoal grill, or gather around a large fire pit and enjoy s'mores.

River adventures are at your front door with your own semi-private river park access. Spend the day at the beautiful river park swimming, tubing, rafting, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, or just relaxing alongside the tranquil river.

With Wimberley only a few minutes away, enjoy the delicious restaurants as well as the charming shops. Blue Hole Regional Park is also located very close as well as many wineries. If you enjoy hiking there are many trails in the area. Take a drive to Canyon Lake and rent a boat or jet skis for a fun afternoon, explore New Braunfels and Gruene for a fun day trip.

Relaxing River Escape

"We had a lovely & relaxing time at this river side retreat. So close to everything in Wimberly and just a quick walk across the street to the Blanco. Cozy beds lots of I window Ana great escape downstairs escape for the kids. Can’t wait till the gas grill is ready to use on our next visit. We’ll be back.

Great River Rental

"We were very happy with our rental of this house. The location was great--close to town and HEB with river access just across the street. The house was spacious, clean, and included all the cooking ware we needed. The portion of the Blanco River across from the house was great for small kids as there were several shallow areas and concrete steps into the river. Would recommend this house for rental and would definitely rent again.

"Honestly, I'm not one to leave reviews, but I was thoroughly impressed with our stay. Everything was clean, well kept and in a great location. It was a great get away for my friends and myself to be with each other and enjoy a peaceful time away from our busy lives. Wimberley is a great town, fantastic places to eat and the Zipline was a great addition to our trip. We all said we would love to come back to the same place sometime in the future. Looking forward to next time.
