Welcome to Millie’s Waterfront - Annie. Cottages maintain their original 1970’s charm, now transformed into contemporary, comfortable gems with the best lakefront views in all of Canyon Lake.

Spring 2024: Canyon Lake levels are at a historic low and lake access from Millie's is limited. Please visit the MyCanyonLake website for more information under the category of lakes and rivers.

Creature comforts include:
· Two Queen beds (sleeps 4)
· Living area with dining table, couch, WiFi, Smart TV (bring your logins), games, puzzles, books, etc.
· A cozy kitchen including Galanz fridge/freezer, electric range/oven, microwave, coffee maker (of course), blender, toaster, dishes, drinkware, flatware, knives, cooking tools, bakeware, pot holders, BBQ tools, dish soap, first aid kit, and more. Customized Yeti cups are available for purchase if you’d like to take Millie’s home with you.
· Beautiful, full bath – including towels, hairdryers, and bathing suit hangers.
· Outdoor seating area including a charcoal BBQ pit (BYO - meat, veggies, charcoal and lighter fluid), picnic table, and chairs.
· Lake access including 1 wagon/cottage and beach towels.
· Parking – 2 cars/cottage or 1 car and a boat maximum.
· Proximity to Canyon Lake Boat Ramp #17, Canyon Lake Dam, Brookshire Brothers Grocery, Gruene, shopping, restaurants, watercraft rentals and more.

As the property boasts the perfect combination of convenience and seclusion, wild things abound. We’ve seen those that slither, sting, stink, spray and graze so be aware of your surroundings and who you share it with.

Speaking of sharing – there will be other guests on the property with you. While Millie’s is the perfect place to social distance, there are some shared spaces (ex: the path to the lake).

*The health and safety of our guests is paramount. Cleanliness is always our top priority. We offer a 24 hour guest service contact number for emergencies and messages will be answered promptly. Arrive after four o’clock when it is convenient for you with an easy and contactless check in and out process for our guests.

Exquisite

"The cabin was fantastic, it was comfortable and cozy. It was fully equipped and very clean. The back patio was wonderful, great place to watch the sunset. Very nice place so a bbq too. Too bad the lake is so low that you have to go to a quite a long ways to reach the water BUT the cabin's comforts and serenity make up for the lack of water views. My family absolutely loved it. We plan to return back soon.

Nice getaway

"Very cute cottage with all necessary cooking equipment-nicely stocked kitchen and it was a very nice surprise to have some local drinks in the fridge. Great location; quiet/peaceful. A great place for a quick getaway for the weekend.

"We normally make a yearly trip for a group of girls of 8. This year only 4 were able to make it. This place was a perfect size for us. It was a very cute cottage, with all the accommodations we needed. Clean, comfortable beds and ours had a nice deck behind it. It was close to the lake, not too steep of a hill to walk down to the lake. I would advise taking a canopy cover if you plan to seat on the beachside. We all had kayaks and paddle boards, so we ventured out to the other side of the lake. I would advise you to go to Canyon Lake Gorge for a small hike, it was in total shade. It was over 100 degrees and it was not bad. Nice little gem.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!

"My husband and I absolutely loved this cottage. We stayed here for a weekend getaway to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cottage had everything we needed to relax! We enjoyed the drinks left in the fridge for us and the grocery store was a quick drive away. There were deer relaxing and eating nearby and it was so neat to be able to see from the deck! We went down to the lake to get some sun as well. The cart and beach towels came in handy! This was a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Perfect and Delightful

"Just before our stay at Millie's, we rented a large vacation house on the Guadalupe River for three days with family members. The house was big and roomy and provided what we needed, but it was obvious that the place is rented out quite frequently. The beds were freshly made, baths and kitchen were clean, but the whole place needs some TLC and a deep cleaning. After our family get together was over, my husband and I moved to Millie's Cottages (Annie) for three nights. What a delight was awaiting for us when we unlocked the door and stepped in. Perfectly decorated and the attention to detail was amazing; we loved the early 1960's architecture. Extremely clean and organized, the owners thought of everything for guests. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. Next time!

Adorable & Perfect

"I absolutely loved my 2 night stay here and didn't want to leave. Spotlessly clean and has everything you need including several complimentary local Real Ale Brewery beers and Waterloo sparkling waters in the cool retro fridge as well as a sealed gallon of drinking water. Appliances, dishware/silver were all in perfect condition. Beds were comfy and pillows/sheets were so soft and clean. Two sets of windows in the living room and two in the bedroom all looking out amongst the trees and lake set the perfect view. Lots of deer and other friendly visitors came by nightly. There is a short slightly rocky trail in the back of the cottages that takes you to the water where you can sit and relax. Other "beach" locations like Comal Park are about a 20 minute drive or less depending on which beach you head to. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Cottage Very Clean

"Our family loved this cottage! I’m a clean freak and this place was spotless!!! Super cute, beautiful lakefront swimming & amazing deck. We sat outside every evening to watch the wildlife. Deer came right up to the deck. Also a great location!!! We spent time in Wimberley, Gruene, on the Guadalupe River & Canyon Lake. So close to everything! We will definitely be back!!!

"My husband and I just stayed there this past weekend!!! We really enjoyed our time there!!!! The cottages are beautiful, right bear tge water, the deer come through of a morning and evening, was such an awesome site to watch them in their natural habitat. We loved it, and we will return! A very nice lady came through walking her dogs, gave us a little history of the cottages, and even about Ms. MILLIE herself! We loved it!!

Great location and updated amenities

"I stayed for Super Bowl weekend in February. This cottage is super nice, clean, updated and in the perfect location right on the northeast side of the lake. The linens were fresh and just felt clean. Whomever designed the remodel of this cottage did a great job. The outside space is perfectly done with tables and a little deck overlooking the lake. I spotted several deer roaming the property which added to the outdoorsy feel of the area. Everything inside was clean and appeared to be newly remodeled. Everything you need is there from dishes to cookware to coffee pot to utensils to bathroom amenities, a full size refrigerator, towels, you name it its there. One thing that stood out to me is often times when I stay someplace the pillows are terrible so I bring my own but the pillows here are very lush. One thing I wasn\'t pleased with was I couldn\'t watch the Super Bowl on the TV because cable is not available, only streaming apps from Samsung TV were available. The only other disappointment was I went to book for a weekend in March and the price went up about 40% so I declined. The price for February was fair I thought but a 40% increase turned me away. Overall a great place to spend a weekend and I highly recommend these cottages.
