This luxury ranch style home pays an amusing tribute to the famous song by Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard. With 3 bedrooms and 2 baths this property will sleep 6 comfortably. Guests will find their own private oasis in this lovely newly remodeled home that offers luxury and comfort. Complete with a relaxing hot tub, luxurious master bath, beautiful tile floors, and wood beams guests will find this home has everything they could possibly dream of.

Pancho and Lefty’s Place offers all the amenities one could need for a fabulous getaway. With a welcoming front porch, and a tree swing for two, guests will find this home warm and inviting from the moment they arrive. Upon entering, guests are greeted with a grand family room with beautiful design elements, a large screen television complete with a portrait of “Pancho”, as the owners have affectionately named, the Curly Longhorn Cow. With an open floor plan,this home offers a second family space that is perfect for entertaining. Expertly decorated, with an eye-catching denim blue wall find “Pancho’s” side kick, “Lefty’s” portrait on the mantle, as well as accents of leather, a beverage cart, and a piano for those who wish to, “sing the blues all night long like Lefty use to”.

Revel in an inviting kitchen that offers an abundance of natural textures, beautiful quartz countertops, bar seating for three, a backsplash of stacked brick tiles. Cooks will love this fully stocked kitchen with state of art appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing family favorites. Dining with friends and family is effortless with a spacious dining area that seats six and plenty of space for entertaining outside.

Masterfully decorated, each bedroom offers a warm and inviting retreat that guests are sure to sleep soundly. Decorated with a wonderful mix of old and new pieces, the master bedroom hosts a king bed with lovely linens, fun accent pieces, and a large screen television. Guests will find themselves relaxing in luxury in the master bath with breathtaking tile work, an extensive shower with a generous soaking tub inside shower, with a double vanity there is plenty of counter space to tidy up. The second bedroom offers a full size bed, accents of cow hide, and charming linens. Guests will fall asleep dreaming of wide open spaces. The third bedroom offers a queen bed with cozy linens and pops of yellow and blue color. Tidy up for a night on the town in this lavish second bathroom with a shower/tub combo, and beautiful subway tile work, a double vanity with plenty of counter space. *In addition, guests will have access to the laundry room located just off the master bedroom.

“Sink into your dreams,” under the stars with your favorite beverage in the luxurious hot tub on the back porch, or cozy up with a book on one of the fun swinging chairs. With a large entertainment area, guests can grill favorites on the propane grill, play a game of cornhole, or gather around the fire pit and enjoy roasting s’mores with family and friends. In addition, the outdoor space offers a dining area to enjoy meals a la carte. For those who choose to bring their furry friends, they will find their own retreat with a fenced in backyard.

With Wimberley only a few minutes away, enjoy shopping in the downtown square of Wimberley or swimming, and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, Zip Line Adventure, or Blue Hole Regional Park offers swimming and nature trails. Visit the delicious restaurants as well as the charming shops in the square. Take a drive to Canyon Lake and rent a boat or jet skis for a fun afternoon. Overlook Park offers fabulous views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam. Rent a pontoon boat, or jet ski on Canyon Lake. Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. New Braunfels offers lots of fun, float the beautiful Guadalupe River, rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting. explore New Braunfels and Gruene for a fun day trip.

"I was immediately struck by the beautiful and comfortable living room. very cozy atmosphere. The rooms were very nice and spacious, well equipped with all the essentials. very clean and the main bathroom was a spa experience. though I gave four stars just because I was a little disappointed with the back patio light because there was no real light. just some solar lights that would not turn on because there was no sun, and unfortunately, we had to make our barbecue with a hand lantern and we could not enjoy having a nice dinner outside in the backyard to the fullest. but even with that, I have no hesitation in recommending that you stay at Casa de Pancho and Lefty. We will be back in this place soon!

"I've stayed at many rental homes around Texas and this is one of the best! The home is immaculate and very clean. It's furnished with everything you could possibly need to cook a great meal. The outdoor grill was perfect for having a bbq and grilling burgers. It was so much fun to hang out on the patio and relax in the hot tub. The decor and furnishings are top notch. The house is exactly as advertised on the site, but is even more beautiful in person. The home is just a few miles away from the square, but far enough to feel like you're way out in the country. I enjoyed all the birds that visited every morning. This would be a perfect place to bring your telescope for some star gazing. I will highly recommend this home to anyone and will be coming back for sure.

"This place was just amazing! The property was emaculate inside and out. Everything you need is at the property from dishes, pans, towels, soaps, lotions, games etc. Just bring your food and clothes and you are set. Wifi was great for our needs, but we enjoyed the hot tub more then being "connected". Will definitely make sure to come back.
