The Lemon Drop will host up to 10 guests comfortably and is perfect for a family or group of friends. Inside, guests will find this charming three bedroom, two bathroom home creates an atmosphere of relaxation and fun. Located only minutes from Canyon Lake and 10 minutes from the Guadalupe River, this property is the perfect launch pad to all the zest the hill country has to offer.

Upon entering, guests will appreciate this expertly decorated home with rich wood floors, lovely countertops, and a designer use of texture and color giving the home a warm and inviting feel. The large family room opens to the kitchen and offers wooded views and plenty of seating for family and friends making this the perfect space for movies or games. Relish in a sunny full kitchen with lovely tile work and plenty of counter space to prepare favorite meals that will satisfy everyone’s hunger. With an electric stove, microwave, coffee pot, large stainless steel fridge and much more, guests will have plenty of appliances at their fingertips. Enjoy a family meal at the large bench style dining table that seats eight or bar area with seating for three. An added bonus: guests have access to the laundry room located just off the kitchen area.

With three large bedrooms there is plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. The master suite, located on a separate wing of the home, offers a king bed with lovely decor, large screen television, plenty of storage and wooded views. With its adjoining bath, guests can tidy up for a night on the town in the roomy walk-in shower with beautiful tile work with his and hers vanity space. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with colorful linens, fun decor, and plenty of closet space. A second bath offers a shower/tub combo with plenty of space to freshen up. The third room, the kids place, offers two twin beds, colorful bedding with a fun camp out theme, and plenty of storage space.

Enjoy an evening under the stars with a favorite beverage on the deck area overlooking lovely wooded views with the wet weather creek in the background. For added fun, cozy up around the fire pit and enjoy roasting s’mores with family and friends. In addition, the outdoor space offers a propane grill as well as plenty of seating on the deck area. Enjoy nature walks along the wet weather creek or outdoor games in the backyard area.

If you are looking for outdoor Hill Country fun, Hannock Trail is only minutes away. Enjoy a beach area, swimming, and nature trails. Overlook Park is a short drive with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam. Rent a pontoon boat, or jet ski on Canyon Lake.
