This 4 bedroom, 4 bath Canyon Lake retreat will make your jaw drop with its private lake access, high-end pool, and hot tub. Not-to-mention a private pavilion area at the lake with a wifi, surround sound, a fire pit, and kayaks! Enjoy s'mores by the lake or cozy up inside by one of our 2 indoor fireplaces!

Walking up to the front of the home, beautiful landscaping and an adorable white picket fence immediately draw you into this stunning property. With a spacious double driveway, there is plenty of parking for boats or any kayak trailers you may bring with you! Continuing through the gate onto the unique 3-tiered backyard, you may find you want to spend all of your time in this space! We certainly wouldn’t blame you! From a covered patio with comfortable outdoor furniture, a ceiling fan, and an outdoor television, this space is perfect for late-night hangouts with your favorite cocktail! Guests can enjoy a meal from the charcoal grill under the covered outdoor dining area and share stories from their Canyon Lake adventures! During the day you can sunbathe by the pool on one of the many lounge chairs and if you get too warm, you can slip right into the pool! Not much of a pool person? No worries! Play cornhole alongside your friends and family or relax under one of the many covered areas in this incredible backyard! At night, turn on the propane lanterns for a blissful night in the hot tub underneath the stars! As if this backyard couldn’t get any better, you can put on your favorite vacation song and head down to the lake, just steps from the house! With plenty of seating under the covered pavilion, adorable string lights and an incredible view, you could spend your whole day down here! A massive fire pit surrounded by colorful Adirondack chairs lets you have a true bonfire experience with s’mores as you overlook Canyon Lake! You can also grab your favorite book and swing in the lake breeze on the outdoor swing! Last but certainly not least, the private lake access is ideal for launching kayaks or just taking a refreshing dip in the water!

Back at the front of the home, crossing the lovely front porch and entering the home through the entry door, the modern interior invites you in. Beautiful wood floors carry you into the living room where you can relax on the leather sofa and watch a movie on the large flatscreen television. This room wouldn’t be complete without noting many of the key design details, such as magnificent hardwood furniture, a stone fireplace, and large windows with a view of Canyon Lake! This space flows right into the kitchen with stunning high-end finishes such as the white quartz countertops, an undermount farmhouse sink, and an exquisite gas stove with a range hood! A lovely corner pantry and open-faced coffee bar cabinet make for wonderful access to your morning fuel before your Canyon Lake adventures! This space is complete with a full-sized, stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. Guests can grab a seat at the island bar seating or at the lovely dining room table for a meal! Catch a view of the backyard from the dining table or walk out the door to the covered patio to get a better look!

The stunning master bedroom contains a king bed, fireplace, and large flatscreen television. With large windows, this room pools in wonderful natural light to bring it to life! The attached bathroom is the recipe for relaxation, with marble flooring, high ceilings, and stunning glass and crystal accents. You can sit back in the large soaking tub or have a spa-like experience in the stunning walk-in shower! This space also features two spacious double vanities with a seating area in between and a large floor-length mirror to capture your essence in the lovely natural light. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a large flatscreen television This room has fun pops of color that contrast beautifully with the dark wooden furniture. The attached bathroom features a lovely modern-style vanity and a huge walk-in shower with unique tiling! The third bedroom contains two queen beds and an attached bathroom. This relaxing bathroom is complete with a modern-style vanity and a bathtub and shower combo! The fourth bedroom features a queen bed and a large flatscreen television along with beautiful built-ins and two large windows! The fourth bathroom is a fun full-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. It can be accessed from inside and outside, making it perfect for washing off from the lake or pool before heading inside! Each bedroom is complete with comfortable linens to ensure restful sleep after long lake days. A laundry room complete with a full-sized washer and dryer is also available for guests’ convenience!

If you are looking for outdoor Hill Country fun, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in boutiques and coffee shops for a relaxing stroll around town. You can start your adventure by swimming and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, fly across the sky at Zip Line Adventure, or drop by Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming and nature trails. Visit New Braunfels and float the beautiful Guadalupe River. Rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting.

Beautiful Property!…A Little Room for Improvement

"Tres A Lake Retreat is a beautiful, clean property conveniently located on the lake. A great property for families with lots to do! I was disappointed in amenities being broken and the lack of basics in this house considering the price. The hot tub, outdoor fireplace, and master showerhead were broken on our arrival. The oven also wasn't heating properly. The management company is very nice and did work with us. The hot tub was never 100% functional, but was repaired to a degree during our stay. Basics that I generally find in other rental properties such as paper towels, salt and pepper, dish scrubber, and shampoo and conditioner were not available at this property. So just be prepared to bring supplies so you don't have to leave as soon as you arrive. Again, the property was beautiful and had lots to offer. If everything was functioning and just a few more basics were provided then I would have given this property 5 stars.
