Find your happy place at the Oak Tree House! Located at the Happiness Ranch in Blanco on the Little Blanco River are three charming ranch houses named after Texas Hill Country Trees. The Oak Tree House is a beautifully decorated modern farmhouse with 16' foot great room ceilings, two master suites, large windows, a huge wraparound porch, and stunning oak trees. With 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths the Oak Tree House is perfect for small families or a couples getaway. For larger groups the Pecan Tree House and Cypress Tree House are also available for an additional fee.

Smiles are sure to be found as guests arrive at Oak Tree House. This modern farmhouse located on the banks of the Little Blanco River, surrounded by lovely oak trees offers an inviting atmosphere to be enjoyed by all. The relaxing wrap around porch is perfect for bird watching or your morning cup of coffee. Enter into a welcoming great room with soaring 16 foot ceilings, white oak flooring, and a propane ribbon fireplace. Expertly decorated with a great mix of texture, guests are sure to delight in the high end decor. Rich leather seating, a custom cypress coffee table, linen swivel chairs, and unique art decor all add to the richness of the space. Opening into the living space, find a stunning kitchen with an accent wall of river pebble tile, quartz counters and a large farmhouse island with seating. Cooks will find this kitchen perfect for preparing meals with high end appliances, a gas range, fresh press coffee, etc. offering the perfect atmosphere to gather for meals or entertaining.

Escape for the night in one of the two luxurious bedrooms. The master suite offers a private sanctuary to relax and escape from the world. An elegant king bed dressed with opulent bedding, a sitting area with a royal blue sofa, a private fireplace, an ensuite bathroom with lovely tile work, stand alone tub, walk in shower, double vanity, are just some of the splendor that awaits. A secondary master suite located on the opposite side of the house for privacy offers its own tranquil retreat with elegant touches: a lovely wrought iron bed with comfortable linens, ensuite bath and walk-in shower, a stand alone tub, and sitting area all add to the comfort of this room.

Nature lovers are sure to find their happy place on the wrap-around porch. Lounge on the outdoor furniture, overlooking the tranquil and seasonal Little Blanco River, grill favorites on the propane barbeque while enjoying a favorite beverage. Looking for an outing for the day? Blanco has several fun attractions for those wanting to explore the local area. The area is rich in history and has plenty to offer guests. Visit Blanco State Park and enjoy a day of fishing, swimming or hiking. Interested in the Old West, The Buggy Barn has over 140 covered wagons. Real Ale offers guided tours and a taproom tasting experience. Within 30 minutes, enjoy the day exploring Fredericksburg, travel to Wine Road 290 which offers 19 wineries within a few miles of each other. Visit one of Fredericksburg’s two amazing museums: the National Museum of the Pacific War and the Pioneer Museum. During the summer, make sure to stop by a fruit stand and grab some famous Fredericksburg peaches. Spend the day in Kerrville at the Schreiner Park located on 517 acres on the Guadalupe River, where you can swim, rent boats or enjoy hiking trails. The Museum of Western Art and the Pollinator Museum are fun and interesting for all ages. Indulge in one of the fabulous restaurants while listening to local artists’ music. With Wimberley only 30 minutes away, enjoy the delicious restaurants as well as the charming shops at Wimberley Square. Blue Hole Regional Park is also located very close as well as many wineries. If you enjoy hiking, there are many trails in the area as well. Visitors will not be disappointed, as there is plenty to see and do in the Hill Country.

"This was by far the most beautifully designed and decorated rentals I have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The patio was our favorite place to lounge. With so much to do in the surrounding areas this was definitely the perfect place to stay. No doubt that we will plan another trip to the Oak Tree House.

"I’m still daydreaming about this property. The pictures are accurate but don’t do it justice. It’s sooooo GOOD. The grounds were spacious and well kept. The wrap around porch was great and equipped with dog gates to keep your pet corralled. Windows everywhere allowed for views no matter where you were in the house. The bed were very comfortable and the house was equipped just like home. We really enjoyed both fireplaces and the soaking tubs. We’ll definitely be back, and won’t hesitate to book with Hill Country Premier again. This home is a real value for everything you get.
