The Riviera Lake House is sure to dazzle those who are looking for a memorable lake adventure.

Upon entering, guests are greeted with lovely wood floors leading to three of the bedrooms and a stairwell leading up to the main level. Guests are sure to admire spectacular lake views from all three levels. Level 2 offers 3 bedrooms each with their own charm and a cozy living space to include a flat screen television and a fun play zone for the kiddos including board games and books. Bedroom one offers darling twin beds with a trundle making for a perfect kids cove! A second bedroom hosts a king bed with lovely linens and a flat screen television. The third bedroom hosts a queen bed and flat screen television. A roomy full bathroom featuring a bathtub/shower combo is perfect for tidying up for the night.

Upstairs, guests will find the master bedroom complete with king bed, dressed in lovely linens and large windows allowing natural light to pool into the room. Refresh in the ensuite bath that has a large tub and walk in shower, as well as a double vanity. Awake to the birds singing and enjoy a morning cup of coffee with private access to the deck overlooking picturesque lake views. The main living space greets guests with natural light reflecting through the many windows in the large airy family space offering beautiful lakeshore views. A warm and inviting fireplace creates a welcoming atmosphere to gather with family and friends. The kitchen has modern touches, including a spacious island for seating and serving, an undermount sink built for a chef, stunning wooden cabinets, and hand-picked light fixtures that bring this whole space together. This kitchen features full-sized stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, cooktop stove, and dishwasher, perfect for large groups. Opening into the beautifully decorated living area, guests can relax to watch their favorite show on the large flatscreen television or just admire the beautiful views outside! Outside, the covered deck is the perfect hang out spot for long days that roll into late evenings! With comfortable patio furniture and ceiling fans, guests can take in the Canyon Lake breeze with ease. This space is also perfect for dining outside. Barbeque on the propane grill and enjoy your meal at the outdoor dining table.

It’s all fun and games in the basement! Play a fun and spirited game of foosball, relax with a cocktail at the bar, or rewind and enjoy a favorite sports team or movie on the flat screen television. Access the lower level deck through the sliding door and enjoy lake views while grilling up favorites.

If you are looking for outdoor Hill Country fun, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in boutiques and coffee shops for a relaxing stroll around town. You can start your adventure by swimming and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, fly across the sky at Zip Line Adventure, or drop by Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming and nature trails. "This house was PERFECT for our 2 families to spread out and have plenty of room for all to sleep. Very clean, great patio seating, great big table for a family meal both inside and outside. A little hike to the water, but easily accessible and the lake is beautiful. The kitchen had all the basics needed for us to cook every meal. Make sure to bring your own floats. Deer everywhere. We will definitely rent again!
