With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, including a king-size bed in the master suite, two queen beds, and two twin beds, "The Grey House" comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, with room for 2 more on the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All linens are provided for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen ensures you can prepare delicious meals during your stay, complete with a coffeemaker, pots, pans, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and more. Enjoy your meals at the dining table or head outside to the stone patio, where you'll find a charcoal grill and seating for outdoor dining.

Relax and unwind in the inviting living area, furnished with leather seating and a satellite TV with movie channels. Stay connected with complimentary internet access, or simply disconnect and immerse yourself in the tranquility of the ranch.

During your stay, explore the 2,001-acre ranch with access to springs, crystal-clear creeks for swimming and tubing, fishing ponds, and miles of trails for ATV riding, hiking, or horseback riding. Don't forget to indulge in the resort-style amenities, including a swimming pool and hot tub located at the Arc de Texas®.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee, with a fenced area provided for your furry friends. Experience the beauty of the Texas Hill Country at "The Grey House" and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones.

Don't forget to explore the charming town of Johnson City, just blocks away from the ranch. You'll discover an array of dining options, boutique shops, tasting rooms, and live music venues on the downtown square. For outdoor enthusiasts, Pedernales State Park is a short drive away, offering hiking, biking, tubing, fishing, and swimming. History buffs can explore the LBJ Ranch, the former home of President Lyndon B. Johnson, often referred to as "The Texas White House." The ranch offers guided and self-guided tours that provide a glimpse into the life of a former U.S. President. **If staying between the first weekend in November to mid-January your access to the ranch will be limited due to deer hunting season so some amenities including the creekside hot tub and waterfall grotto will not be available.**
