Redwoods Retreat is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and family-friendly fun—an inviting San Antonio escape designed for groups who love to spread out, relax, and make unforgettable memories together. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood with walking trails just steps away, this two-story home offers generous living spaces, a fantastic upstairs game loft, and multiple gathering areas that make it ideal for families, friends, and multi-generational groups.

Entering the home, you’ll find a cozy formal living room—a peaceful spot with a plush sofa and chaise lounge that’s perfect for a morning cup of coffee or catching up with loved ones. Just beyond is the main living room, a welcoming space with reclining leather sofas, comfy chairs, and a large screen streaming TV. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance, though it’s decorative only.

The open kitchen and breakfast nook create the heartbeat of the home, with plenty of room for everyone to cook, snack, or simply hang out. The kitchen features an electric oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, a roomy peninsula, and a central island with lots of prep space. Counter seating for two offers a casual option, while the breakfast table seats up to eight for meals, games, or planning the day’s adventures. For bigger meals or family gatherings, the formal dining room—also seating eight—is just steps away.

Bedroom options are thoughtful and versatile. On the main level, Bedroom 1 offers a plush queen bed, a private streaming TV, and a cozy accent chair. A bathroom with a walk-in shower sits conveniently just outside the door. Upstairs, the expansive primary suite is a peaceful retreat with hardwood floors, four windows, a king bed, loveseat, dedicated workspace, large streaming TV, and an ensuite bathroom featuring two extra-long vanities, a spacious walk-in shower, and a soaking tub.

Two additional upstairs bedrooms—one with a queen bed and soft, soothing décor, and another with a twin bed plus trundle and its own streaming TV—provide comfortable accommodations for kids, teens, or additional adults. A shared full bathroom features a long vanity area separated from the tub/shower and toilet for added convenience.

The upstairs landing doubles as an entertainment hub, offering a plush sofa, accent chair, wall-mounted TV, classic board games, and a seated two-person console arcade with a variety of retro games. It’s the ultimate hangout zone for both kids and adults.

Step outside to the fenced backyard, where string lights and plenty of seating set the stage for evenings spent unwinding under the Texas sky.
