The home features two sleeping areas, each designed as a cozy nook rather than traditional bedrooms. Bedroom one is tucked beneath the living area beside the kitchen and features a cozy queen-sized bed with the mattress on the floor. With low ceilings meant for resting rather than standing, this snug nook feels like a laid-back island hideaway. A window across from the bed brings in natural light and peaceful outdoor views.

The second sleeping space is located above the bathroom and accessed by a ladder, creating a loft-style retreat with its own island hideaway feel. It features a queen-sized mattress on the floor and low ceilings that make it perfect for lounging, unwinding, and drifting off after a day of Hill Country adventures. A window brings in natural light and adds to the airy, relaxed vibe..

The bathroom sits opposite the lower sleeping nook and is a delightful surprise, featuring a walk-in shower, updated fixtures, and a tropical fern-inspired accent wall that brings the island theme to life.

The long kitchenette runs along the main level and is designed for easy, breezy meals, featuring a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. With its clean lines and tropical-inspired styling, it’s a cheerful spot to prep snacks, morning coffee, or sunset drinks before heading outside.

The lofted living room is the heart of the home and is accessed by a short staircase, adding to the fun, tucked-away feel of this tiny island escape. With ceilings tall enough to stand comfortably, this bright and playful space features a plush pink sofa, a wall-mounted streaming TV, and a striking faux living wall that channels lush, tropical greenery. It’s the perfect spot to kick back with a cold drink, unwind after a day of exploring, or simply soak in the relaxed, vacation-forward vibe.
