Designed for meaningful gatherings, outdoor fun, and unhurried connection, this private ranch retreat offers two distinct living structures, resort-style amenities, and standout recreational features—including a dedicated pickleball setup and a full-size private swimming pool measuring 32 feet wide. Whether your group is here to relax, compete, or celebrate, Rancho De Vida delivers space and experiences that feel both elevated and effortless.

The property is anchored by a charming main farmhouse that blends historic character with modern comfort. Downstairs, the primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed with plush linens and sits adjacent to a truly special full bathroom. This space pairs a modern vanity with the home’s original high-tank pull-chain toilet and a classic clawfoot tub with a handheld shower, creating a spa-like experience infused with authentic farmhouse charm. Upstairs, the second bedroom offers both a queen and a full bed beneath a pitched ceiling, while the third bedroom features a queen bed, natural wood-paneled walls, and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the surrounding Hill Country. A quaint half bath upstairs adds convenience while maintaining the home’s warm, inviting aesthetic.

The farmhouse kitchen is designed for shared meals and easy entertaining, featuring a commercial-grade electric oven and range, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, farmhouse sink, electric tea kettle, and both drip and Keurig coffee makers.
