Welcome to Lakeside Villa, a beautifully updated multi-level retreat perched along the shores of Canyon Lake, where sweeping water views, layered outdoor living spaces, and a relaxed lakehouse vibe create the perfect setting for an unforgettable Hill Country getaway. Designed to comfortably host families and groups of friends, this four-bedroom, three-bath home offers space to spread out, reconnect, and soak in the natural beauty that surrounds you.

From the moment you arrive, the setting sets the tone. Tucked along the banks of Canyon Lake, Lakeside Villa enjoys peaceful surroundings, incredible sunsets, and frequent wildlife sightings, all while being close to local dining, boat ramps, and Hill Country adventures. With multiple decks, patios, and gathering spaces, nearly every corner of the home is designed to capture lake views and fresh air.

The heart of the home is the main living level, where the open kitchen, dining area, and living room flow seamlessly together. The kitchen is fully equipped with spacious countertops, a full-size refrigerator, electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, reverse osmosis water dispenser, toaster, and drip coffee maker. A floating butcher block island with bar seating for two is perfect for casual breakfasts or evening cocktails. Just beyond, the dining area features a large table that seats eight, perfectly positioned in front of three windows that frame stunning lake views.

The living room invites you to settle in and relax with a plush modular leather sectional, two oversized leather chairs, and a large wall-mounted streaming TV. A full wall of sliding glass doors opens directly to the main-level deck, blurring the line between indoor and outdoor living and drawing your eye straight to the water.

Step outside onto the expansive main deck to enjoy both covered and open-air spaces. Under the covered portion, you’ll find a large outdoor dining table for six and a propane grill, ideal for shared meals with a view. A smaller picnic table adds flexibility for kids or casual snacks, while the uncovered section features a propane fire table where you can gather at sunset and watch the lake glow as the sky darkens.

The sleeping accommodations are thoughtfully arranged across multiple levels, offering privacy and comfort for a variety of group configurations. The primary suite is a true retreat, located upstairs with a unique and memorable layout. Entry begins at the top of a short staircase that opens into the private en-suite bathroom, where a modern vanity and a walk-in shower with faux reclaimed wood tile create a warm, spa-like feel. A second short staircase leads into the bedroom itself, where a king-sized bed with soft linens, a cozy armchair with ottoman, and a streaming TV await.
Step out onto the private balcony to enjoy lake views from the hammock chair or relax in the deck chairs as the sun sets over the water.

Bedroom two is located just up a short staircase from the living room and features a comfortable queen bed and its own streaming TV, with a nearby full bathroom offering a tub/shower combo and pedestal sink. Bedroom three is located down a short flight of stairs off the game room and is ideal for kids or teens, featuring a full-over-twin bunk bed with an additional twin trundle, plus a desk and rolling chair for quiet time or remote work. On the lower level, bedroom four offers a king-sized bed, plush seating, and charming exposed ceiling beams, creating a cozy and inviting space. The nearby third bathroom features a walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head and stylish penny tile accents.

Entertainment continues on the lower level, where a large flex room serves as a game and hangout space. A poker table sits near sliding glass doors with lake views, paired with a casual seating area and wall-mounted streaming TV for game nights or movie marathons. Just a few steps up from this space is an open bunk nook with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, adding extra sleeping flexibility for larger groups. From the game room, step out onto the covered lower patio, where outdoor conversation seating offers yet another spot to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

A short walk down the property leads to the lakeshore pavilion, a guest favorite feature. Covered and strung with café lights, this pavilion includes a picnic table and Adirondack chairs, making it an ideal spot for lakeside meals, morning coffee, or evening conversations by the water. An additional stone landing closer to the water provides more seating near the lake’s edge.

Lakeside Villa also includes a small fenced yard that’s perfect for kids to play, WiFi throughout the home, a washer and dryer for convenience, and a charcoal grill for guests who enjoy classic outdoor cooking. The décor throughout is updated and thoughtfully curated, offering lakehouse charm without clutter.

Located just minutes from Boat Ramp #7, local restaurants, hiking trails, and Hill Country attractions, this home offers the best of both relaxation and adventure. Whether you’re boating on the lake, exploring nearby shops and dining, or simply unwinding on one of the many decks with a glass of wine, Lakeside Villa is a place where memories are made.
