• This guest house is located on a property that also includes a separate main house which is not part of this rental. Other guests may be staying in the adjacent home during your visit. However, the guest house has its own dedicated outdoor spaces, including the enclosed porch and hot tub, which are reserved exclusively for your use.
• Security cameras are located at the property entrance and parking areas for guest and property security.

No shooting of any kind is allowed on the property
No outdoor fires are allowed unless there is a designated fire pit and there is not a burn ban in effect.
2 Dogs maximum under 35 pounds each allowed for an additional fee of $25 per dog per night.
No fireworks are allowed
Government Issued ID required.
Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am
