With a main house and a separate bunkhouse, this property offers the perfect balance of connection and privacy—ideal for families, friends, or multi-group stays.

What truly sets Hilltop Hideaway apart is the experience. From your own private pickleball court to a network of maintained walking trails, every inch of this property invites you to slow down, spread out, and soak in the beauty of the Texas Hill Country. Days here are spent poolside under wide-open skies, evenings gathered around the firepit under the stars, and mornings with coffee on the deck watching wildlife pass through.

The outdoor spaces are the heart of this property. A fully fenced swimming pool with a tanning ledge and loungers offers a refreshing escape, while a separate freestanding hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind year-round. The private pickleball court adds a fun, competitive element guests love, and multiple decks and gathering spaces ensure there’s always a perfect spot to relax. The primary suite is located on the main level and offers a king bed, private patio access, a streaming TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and extended vanity space. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms each feature queen beds and TVs, with a shared full bathroom between them.

The separate bunkhouse expands the experience, creating a second living and sleeping space that’s perfect for additional guests or a private hangout area. It includes a queen bedroom with an ensuite bath, plus two queen Murphy beds in the main living space to accommodate larger groups. Theater-style reclining seating, a large streaming TV, and a wall of windows make this an ideal movie night spot. The bunkhouse also includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers, as well as a dining area for casual meals.
