Rio De Los Suenos is the perfect hill country destination in every season. The two story main house offers an enormous, fully equipped kitchen featuring marble counter tops, large island, drawer microwave and Wolf oven. Enjoy your meals in the elegant formal dining area containing an oversized, solid wood dining table. The living area however, is the best spot in the house! With amenities including a wood burning fireplace and a flat screen TV, you will easily find this to be everyone’s favorite hangout room. Also residing downstairs is the master suite with plush king size bed and master bathroom providing you separate vanities, claw foot bathtub and steam shower. As you climb up to the second floor, you will find 3 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a loft with twin beds.
As you explore the guesthouse, you find that it is not your average guesthouse. Although you enter on the ground level, this is an elevated guesthouse that resides on the second floor. Enter into the very spacious living area with hard wood floors, flat screen TV, and French doors that lead out to a huge balcony with tons of seating. This guesthouse also offers a uniquely convenient feature, another large and fully equipped kitchen! Just down the hall is a master bedroom with a king size bed, second bedroom with two queen beds, and a full bathroom.

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Rio De Los Sueños, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. This property truly lived up to its name, as it felt like a dreamy escape from the moment we arrived. First and foremost, the spaciousness of the property impressed us. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted with ample room to move around comfortably. The layout was thoughtfully designed, providing a sense of privacy while still maintaining an open and inviting atmosphere. Whether we were lounging in the living area or enjoying a meal in the dining room, there was never a feeling of being cramped or crowded. The interior of the house was adorned with beautiful decorations, exuding an elegant and tasteful ambiance. Every detail seemed to be carefully considered, and it truly enhanced the overall aesthetic of the place. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the choice of furnishings to the artwork adorning the walls. It created an atmosphere that was both cozy and sophisticated, making us feel right at home. One aspect that truly stood out was how well-stocked everything was. "What a beautiful property! The main home and casita are beautifully decorated and very spacious! The outside has easy access to the river and lobvy hillside views! The sunrise snd sunsets were breathtaking! Our large family of grown children loved our stay here! It was big success! Would definitely recommend!

"The home is beautifully furnished and comfortable. We are a large family and there was plenty of room for everyone. This was our second stay and we will definitely be back. The river area is great for small children as it is shallow and allows for lots of running and splashing.

"A wonderful home - you won’t be disappointed! The surrounding property is kept very raw and natural, but the home’s interior is quite beautiful, refined and right out of a design magazine. There are lots of little details throughout the space that help connect you to your Hill Country surroundings, but with a very sophisticated spin. The home is both spacious and incredibly cozy with of beautiful details inside and out - including a wonderfully stocked kitchen! The river access is absolutely stunning and the firepit is the perfect space for a hill country happy hour!
