The C L Ranch is a luxury estate located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. Centrally located in Fischer, Texas, this spectacular home is minutes from all of the most popular area attractions such as Wimberley’s art and shopping scene, New Braunfels river tubing, Greune...(need we say more?), Blanco’s antiques and lavender farms, and Canyon Lake for all sorts of water activities!

The layout of this home was expertly designed and is perfect for multiple families to enjoy without encroaching on each other’s space. This six bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home boasts two separate wings, each with it’s own master suite and two additional bedrooms that share a Jack and Jill bathroom. The central portion of the home offers a huge gourmet kitchen, a grand living area with floor to ceiling windows that provide a commanding view of the breathtaking outdoor space and the incredible view beyond. Up the custom carved spiral staircase, guests will find a game room with something for everyone. Guests can enjoy games ranging from billiards to arcade games. This fantastic addition can be closed off to the downstairs or open up as a balcony to the living area below. Overflow guests can also stay in comfort in the flex room that has a queen sized Murphy bed.

The outdoor space is expansive and luxurious! The custom swimming pool is a focal point where many hours can be enjoyed with friends and family. The outdoor kitchen is a grill master’s dream, and with the ample seating and outdoor dining spaces, guests are invited to fully enjoy the space in true vacation style! On cool evenings, the freestanding hot tub is beautifully situated to take in the view of the hills or stargaze on a clear night. The fire pit is another favorite spot for s’mores or just stories around the fire.

A great spot for a family vacation…why go anywhere else?

"My little family has ALWAYS taken trips during the summer, we have driven all over the country. This year we decided to make it an event for the entire family. We had 14 people in the home comfortably. The home itself is gorgeous, wood floors, large kitchen, large breakfast area, large dinner and living room all with HIGH ceilings. Add to this the outside living area having a Natural Gas BBQ area with two landing areas BEFORE you arrive at the pool deck. Just to right of the pool is a nicely sized fire pit (bring your own wood) and the pool deck is the right size for a large gathering. Bring your favorite bluetooth device and lounge around while spending time with each other. The evenings are FULL of stars and it was our experience to not suffer any mosquitos. In the late evening you may watch television in the main living area or in each room. The two master bathrooms (first come first serve) have equivolent layouts that are pleasing. Each family took turns cooking dinner and then breakfast the next day. Groceries may be bought in Wimberly or San Marcos (just about the same distance) and are both about 20 minutes away from the front door. There are not enough words to express the satisfaction we had with the environment, the home, and the memories we built together. No big deal, butthis is the country after all, so there may be a few wandering wasps that you will have to dispatch. I wish for you a great time to unplug and reconnect with your love ones. "CL Ranch was everything we hoped for out of a vacation rental for our recent family vacation. The home itself was spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. There was more than enough room for all 10 of us. The pictures do not do the views justice: miles and miles of hill country beauty from the back patio. The house was very clean and beds/pillows very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect for us! There was good communication before and during the trip. We would love to visit this property again!

"The property is as described. Great way to spend time with your family and friends. Very secluded but close to the canon lake marina. Recommend to everyone that needs a time off on area that is quite and fun. The space is very accommodating. Most importantly they are very responsible and responsive when you have a question or need something. We will definitely come back

"Views from the house are INCREDIBLE. Very secluded without any presence of neighbors. House is as good/ better than pictured. Plenty of space for 11 adults. Could comfortably fit several families. Hot tub is high quality and pool is in great shape. Our entire group would stay here again.
