Located in picturesque Canyon Lake, this 4 bedroom lake house is the perfect escape for families and couples alike. Lakeside Overlook is just a quarter of a mile from the closest boat ramp. Enjoy plenty of water activities, with room to park your boats and take in breathtaking lake views. After a day of fun in the sun, come home and relax in the luxurious hot tub with a favorite beverage of choice. The house also has a pull through drive perfect for those traveling with boats, or other watercraft.

The great room has a lovely two-story ceiling and plenty of natural light with picturesque windows.The den area is a great spot to wind down and escape, with a large screen television, an impressive brick fireplace, and lovely views. The kitchen is a terrific space and has everything you need to prepare family favorites. A breakfast area offers seating for four. A large dining room has more seating for family style meals with seating for eight.

The master bedroom is a stately room outfitted with a king sized bed. Conveniently located downstairs, it also offers a large television to keep you entertained. It has a spacious ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo, so you can get ready in a jiffy and with plenty of space to move around. The second bedroom is a queen room that has an incredible view of the lake and a shared bathroom with double vanities, a shower/tub combo, and fun accents to make you smile. The third bedroom is also a queen room, which makes for a great retreat nestled warmly in the upstairs. The fourth bedroom is a queen room, with Texas-inspired accents including pops of red, white, and blue.

After a fun day at the lake, grill up a favorite meal and dine al fresco while taking in the lovely views on the patios, and decks. The expansive fenced in backyard is perfect for the kids to run and play and a relaxing hot tub offers a perfect escape to enjoy the stars and favorite beverage.

Canyon Lake, Texas is a truly unique destination. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Texas Hill Country, Canyon Lake is a picturesque paradise of rolling hills and sparkling blue waters. With its abundance of outdoor attractions, it's no wonder that Canyon Lake is a popular destination for those seeking adventure. Enjoy a day of tubing, rafting, and fishing in the lake, or take a hike along the Madrone Trail for beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. For a more leisurely experience, Comal Park, Cranes Mill Park and Randolph Recreation Park offer plenty of opportunities for relaxing in nature. If you're looking for something more thrilling, check out the Whitewater amphitheater for live music or a lazy river experience rafting or tubing. Whether you're searching for a peaceful escape or an exciting adventure, Canyon Lake is the perfect spot to explore.

More Hill Country fun can be found at, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in boutiques and coffee shops for a relaxing stroll around town. You can start your adventure by swimming and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, fly across the sky at Zip Line Adventure, or drop by Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming and nature trails. Visit New Braunfels and float the beautiful Guadalupe River. Rent paddle boats or picnic at Landa Park, swim at the Spring Fed Pool, spend the day at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or visit one of the local wineries or breweries for wine or beer tasting.
