Perched atop one of the highest points in Canyon Lake, Canyon Tree House is a newly constructed 2024 sanctuary designed for relaxation, privacy, and unforgettable Hill Country experiences. This modern two-story home on 0.5 acres offers two king suites on separate levels, each with luxurious bathrooms and private living areas, making it ideal for two couples or guests seeking their own space.

Inside, the home is bright and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows capturing sweeping Hill Country views and abundant natural light. The upstairs primary suite features cathedral ceilings with exposed beams, a plush king bed, TV, and a spa-inspired bathroom with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. The downstairs king suite also offers a streaming TV, dedicated workspace, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a Keurig for morning coffee. Both levels provide access to the elegant elevator, making the home fully accessible.

The open-concept living areas are designed for comfort and entertainment. The upstairs living room includes a curved sofa, large streaming TV, cozy electric fireplace, and deck access, while the downstairs media area features a murphy bed, plush leather reclining sofa, and a massive 100” big screen TV.

The kitchen is outfitted with commercial-grade appliances including a Thor range and oven, full-sized refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, and dishwasher. The prep island with bar seating opens to the living area, perfect for enjoying meals while taking in the hilltop views. Upstairs, a Grilla Grill heats to 500 degrees in minutes, ideal for searing steaks to perfection.

Step outside to experience Canyon Lake from two expansive decks. The upper deck offers a dining table, lounge seating, and breathtaking sunset views, while the lower deck features a luxury hot tub with foot blasters and additional seating to soak in the serene surroundings. Mature landscaping and high elevation provide both privacy and spectacular vistas.
