This single-story, three-bedroom, two-bathroom home blends cozy cottage charm with modern comfort, offering a laid-back space to relax, reconnect, and soak in the beauty of the Blanco River valley. With access to private neighborhood river parks, a fenced backyard surrounded by nature, and starry night skies that seem close enough to touch, this retreat is where relaxation comes naturally.

Step inside and feel immediately at ease in the warm, inviting living room. Centered around a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, this cozy space features an oversized leather reclining sofa, a full-size vegan leather futon for extra guests, and a large streaming TV for movie nights. A dedicated workspace with wooded views provides a serene spot to check in with the office—or to jot down a few lines inspired by the quiet surroundings.

Just off the living room, the spacious kitchen has everything you need to cook, dine, and gather with ease. It’s equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, electric range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, and coffee maker. A charming wooden island and a ceiling fan add to its homey comfort. The adjacent dining room seats six around a large table and enjoys views of the surrounding trees—a perfect setting for family dinners, game nights, or long conversations over a bottle of local wine.

When it’s time to unwind, each bedroom offers its own unique comfort. The primary suite is a private retreat all its own, featuring a plush California King bed, streaming TV, and its own mini split AC for personalized climate control. The ensuite bathroom feels indulgent, with a large corner soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and dual vanities with generous counter space.

The second bedroom features a queen-size bed, streaming TV, and a dedicated window AC unit for comfort in any season. A second full bathroom with a tub-shower combo is conveniently located nearby. The third bedroom, with its antique brass full-size bed and streaming TV, radiates vintage charm and comfort.
Laundry is a breeze with a full-sized washer and dryer, plus an iron and ironing board—ideal for longer stays or families traveling with kids.

Outdoors, Rustic River Retreat truly shines. A wraparound front porch with a swing and cozy conversation seating invites lazy mornings with coffee and birdwatching or evenings spent listening to the crickets. In the large fenced backyard, you’ll find a private deck shaded by a sun sail, a propane grill, and an outdoor dining area with seating for four.
